Understanding the problem is not always enough to change it.

We get curious about what is keeping you stuck.

You can explain your patterns. You know where they came from. You may have spent years reflecting, reading, or working with therapists to become more self-aware. And yet, in the moments that matter most, something familiar takes over. True change requires moving beyond conceptual insight into a visceral, lived experience of safety.

We listen to the different sides of you

Most people come to coaching feeling divided. One part of you is ready for a new path, while another is deeply invested in the familiar. Instead of trying to silence the hesitation, we invite it into the room. We get curious about the internal logic of your conflict.

By listening to these different voices, we move past the exhaustion of intellectual debate. We begin to understand the protective role of your resistance, allowing your decisions to emerge from a place of integrated clarity rather than forced willpower.

We pay attention to your body

Change is only permanent when it is felt. The nervous system needs to experience safety, not just understand it. We pay attention to tension, numbness, restlessness, exhaustion, or the urge to escape, and treat those as information rather than problems to override.

We work with the situations that actually pull you off center.

Boundaries without guilt

Say no, express a need, or disappoint someone without immediately believing you have done something wrong.

Decisions without endless analysis

Understand the different needs and fears pulling you in opposite directions so you can make a decision you can live with.

Conflict without losing yourself

Remain connected to your own experience while listening to another person’s perspective.

What I bring to the work

My work is a synthesis of evidence-informed modalities that bridge the gap between intellectual insight and lived change. I draw from cognitive behavioral frameworks, somatic approaches, and mindfulness-based interventions to create a space where you can slow down and be honest without being pushed.

I bring a quality of attention that is both sharp and deeply humane. I am interested in what each side of you is afraid might happen, and in helping you find a decision that more than one part of you can live with.

What can change through this work

COGNITIVE WEIGHT: The intellectual weight of a problem no longer consumes your entire day.

EXPRESSION: You stop apologizing for the depth of your thinking and start using it as a tool for connection.

PRESENCE: Your body finally feels like a safe and reliable place to live, rather than a distraction.

INTEGRATION: The distance between what you know is true and how you actually feel begins to close.

DECISION MAKING: Decisions are made from a place of grounded clarity rather than intellectual exhaustion.

INTERNAL TRUST: You learn to trust your internal compass even when the external world feels chaotic.

The goal is not to achieve a state of constant calm. It is to remain more yourself while existing in a complex, demanding world.

Is this right for you?

Let’s start with a conversation.

If you are navigating the specific gap between understanding your patterns and actually changing them, this work may be a fit.
