The strange place where insight stops
You may know that you are allowed to say no, but still feel guilty when someone is disappointed. You may recognize that a fear belongs to the past, yet still feel your body react as if it is happening now.
You are not lacking insight. Something in you may not feel safe enough to act on what you know.
You know why you react the way you do, yet find yourself caught in the same emotional loops.
You lose yourself around others
You prioritize other people’s needs and struggle to say no without feeling guilty, selfish, or unkind.
You think instead of feeling
You analyze decisions from every angle but still feel uncertain, disconnected, or unable to move.
You look capable but feel divided
You may appear successful and grounded while privately feeling isolated or pulled in opposing directions.
Understand the pattern
We look at how you understand the situation, what you have already tried, and what keeps repeating.
THE FOUNDATION
Three Lenses of Change
Notice what happens inside you
We pay attention to tension, numbness, urgency, fear, anger, or the impulse to escape.
Practice responding differently
We practice small, concrete responses so change can appear in your real life, not only in theory.

What freedom can look like
You make decisions from grounded clarity rather than intellectual exhaustion.
Your body begins to feel like a safe and reliable place to live rather than a problem to overcome.
You say no, express a need, or disappoint someone without immediately believing you have done something wrong.
You remain connected to yourself while experiencing conflict, uncertainty, or another person’s disappointment.
THE STORY
Grounded transformation for the curious mind.
I work with thoughtful, self-aware people who understand their patterns but still find themselves repeating them when it matters most.
Â
My background in human perception, artificial intelligence, coaching, somatic practice, and emotional regulation helps me work with complexity without reducing human experience to a formula.
Together, we explore the gap between what you know intellectually and what feels possible in your body, relationships, and daily life.

Coaching with me can include emotions, protective patterns, bodily experience, relationships, and the influence of the past. It is not diagnosis, crisis care, or treatment for a mental-health condition. When clinical support is needed, I encourage clients to work with an appropriately licensed professional.
We work with the situations that actually pull you off center.
01
Boundaries without guilt
Say no, express a need, or disappoint someone without immediately believing you have done something wrong.
02
Decisions without endless analysis
Understand the needs and fears pulling you in different directions so you can make a decision you can live with.
03
Conflict without losing yourself
Remain connected to your own experience while listening to another person’s perspective.
04
Stress without surrendering choice
Notice when urgency, fear, anger, or shutdown is taking over—and create enough space to choose what happens next.
Client Experiences
“I started seeing Steiger as a coach last year when I began working on an idea to build a company. But it’s hard to pin him into a career coaching category, or any category, because he has SO MANY tools under his belt. Our sessions are truly both Life and Career coaching.”
Daniel Bejarano
I build tools that empower people and their communities
“Steiger helped me clarify my goals and intentions related to launching my business. I’ve worked with awesome mentors, healers, and therapists, and I have to say that Steiger is one of the easiest and most comfortable to talk to.”
