DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY SUPPORT
Together, we identify and understand the parts contributing to the feelings of anxiety and depression, resolve internal conflicts, and increase self-awareness. Consider the body and brain as a couple. When the brain stops listening to the body, even when it tries to communicate, it shuts it down, leading to a disconnect that fuels emotional distress.

FAMILY COACHING
In our family coaching sessions, I help you and your family understand how past experiences and old mental models of each other affect your current dynamics. We often act as mirrors for one another, reflecting the overall family system through our behaviors. Many times, we carry our family's opinions from childhood in our minds and act them out, even when those opinions have changed or no longer matter.

By revisiting past experiences, we can change how they impact the present, allowing you to see each other in a new light. This process helps transform your family dynamics, leading to healthier relationships and a more supportive environment.
ADD SUPPORT
In my ADD support sessions, I help you understand how past experiences impact your attention and focus. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), we identify and label the parts of you influenced by these experiences.
Memory reconsolidation techniques allow us to revisit and transform these past memories, reducing their impact on your ADD symptoms. By addressing these root causes with neuro-linguistic programming and cognitive behavioral techniques, we work to resolve internal conflicts and improve your ability to focus.

RELATIONSHIP COACHING
In my relationship coaching sessions, I help couples understand their unique dynamics and strengthen their bond.

Often, we develop expectations of each other based on how relationships were modeled by our parents and other significant couples early on. Without thinking, we might want these same dynamics, even if they don’t serve us or align with who we are now. This can lead to conflicts as we project these old patterns onto our partners.

I support partners to identify these patterns, resolve internal conflicts, and improve mutual understanding. This process deepens your connection, unity, and emotional resilience.
STRESS & TRAUMA MANAGEMENT
In my stress and trauma management sessions, I use memory reconsolidation and reframing techniques to help heal past traumas.​ We reframe these experiences to create healthier perspectives.

Memory reconsolidation helps you revisit and alter the emotional impact of traumatic memories, allowing you to process and integrate them in a healthier way. Reframing helps shift your perspective, turning negative experiences into opportunities for growth and understanding.

Somatic experiencing focuses on bodily sensations, guiding you to become aware of and release the physical tension and stress associated with trauma. Body scans help you tune into different areas of your body, identifying and releasing stored stress, leading to a more relaxed and balanced state.
