FAMILY COACHING
In our family coaching sessions, I help you and your family understand how past experiences and old mental models of each other affect your current dynamics. We often act as mirrors for one another, reflecting the overall family system through our behaviors. Many times, we carry our family's opinions from childhood in our minds and act them out, even when those opinions have changed or no longer matter.

By revisiting past experiences, we can change how they impact the present, allowing you to see each other in a new light. This process helps transform your family dynamics, leading to healthier relationships and a more supportive environment.
FOCUS SUPPORT
In my focus support sessions, we look at how past experiences shape your ability to pay attention and stay present. Through gentle, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-inspired work, we get to know the different parts of you that have been influenced by those experiences.

Using memory reimprinting, we revisit and transform key moments from your past so they no longer pull so strongly on your attention in the present. We also explore how your body and mind communicate—because when the mind stops listening to the body, it can create a disconnect that makes focus even harder.

By reconnecting these inner signals and working through old patterns with practical tools, we reduce internal tension and help you feel more grounded, clear, and able to direct your focus where you want it to go.

RELATIONSHIP COACHING
In my relationship coaching sessions, I help couples understand their unique dynamics and strengthen their bond.
​
Often, we develop expectations of each other based on how relationships were modeled by our parents and other significant couples early on. Without thinking, we might want these same dynamics, even if they don’t serve us or align with who we are now. This can lead to conflicts as we project these old patterns onto our partners.

I support partners to identify these patterns, resolve internal conflicts, and improve mutual understanding. This process deepens your connection, unity, and emotional resilience.
STRESS MANAGEMENT
In my stress management sessions, I use memory reimprinting and reframing techniques to help heal past traumas.​ We reframe these experiences to create healthier perspectives.

Memory reimprinting helps you revisit and alter the emotional impact of challenging memories, allowing you to process and integrate them in a healthier way. Reframing helps shift your perspective, turning negative experiences into opportunities for growth and understanding.

Somatic experiencing focuses on bodily sensations, guiding you to become aware of and release the physical tension and stress associated with trauma. Body scans help you tune into different areas of your body, identifying and releasing stored stress, leading to a more relaxed and balanced state.
